Our comprehensive student property portfolio incoroprates 65 properties ranging in size from 1 bedroom flats up to 10 bedroom shared houses, and are located in the most popular and sought after areas of Ecclesall, Broomhall, Broomhill, Hunters Bar, Crookes & Crookesmoor.
Our select choice of professional properties consists of high quality 1 & 2 bedroom apartments located in some of the most desirable areas of Sheffield including Ranmoor, Broomhill and Ecclesall.
PC Properties professional and efficient service is run by Peter Turkington and Collette Harrington who are always available, not only on a professional level, but also on a personal level to provide help and advice wherever possible - tenant comfort, safety and enjoyment of their property is our main objective.
Responsive and efficent maintenance of our properties has been one of the key factors in achieving the commendable reputation that we have earned over the years. Our full time maintenance operative Phil Darwent has over 25 years experience in property maintenance and is usually able to attend to most reported problems on the same day. Where required he is supported by a team of nominated and trusted tradesmen including builders, plumbers & electricians.
Where legislation requires, our properties are licensed with Sheffield City Council and are compliant with fire and safety regulations and have all the required safety certificates including, gas, electrical, energy performance, and where relevant fire alarm test certificates.

Please note that during the busy student letting period commencing 1st November 2009 through to December 2009, our office opening hours are as follows:-
Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 6.00pm
Saturday: 11.00am to 4.00pm
Sunday: 12.00am to 4.00pm
During all other periods, our office opening hours are as follows:-
Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 5.00pm
Viewing of student properties can be arranged out of normal office hours and at weekends - subject of course to tenant approval.
